Kitia terms of service & license

1. Service publisher & legal identity

The Kitia platform is operated by Nexus AI Senegal, registered with Senegal's Trade and Personal Property Credit Register (RCCM) and under a NINEA number in Senegal (registered office: Fann Residence, Dakar, Senegal).

2. Payments & payment partners

Payments for Kitia plans are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Available methods, the final amount, currency and any taxes are shown in the secure checkout before confirmation. Earlier Bictorys payments remain viewable in the history associated with each transaction.

Kitia does not store sensitive banking data or banking credentials on its servers.

3. Intellectual property & generated kit license

Content, specifications, architectures and starter kits generated by AI models on Kitia belong to the user who initiated the generation.

Code outputs and artifacts are provided under a license equivalent to the MIT / permissive open-source license, granting the right to use, modify, incorporate commercially and resell them without royalties.

4. Personal data protection (Senegal CDP compliance)

Under the applicable personal data protection rules overseen by Senegal's Personal Data Commission (CDP), your personal information (email and saved projects) is kept confidentially and securely on our OVHcloud infrastructure in Europe and Africa.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us at support@nexusai.sn.

5. Responsibility & use of AI models

Kitia's AI features use Claude, a model provided by Anthropic. Kitia provides the service you subscribe to; users remain responsible for technical review and validating specifications before any production deployment.
